Rhys Lewis
Founder & CEO
Rhys is the CEO and Founder of Feed4ward. Responsible for guiding the company towards growth and success, Rhys founded Feed4ward in 2003.
Rhys started his engineering career working in the gold mines of South Africa, before working on projects in the steel industry and later the confectionary industry. Once Rhys had moved to the UK he worked in water treatment until moving into the Pharmaceutical sector with Feed4ward.

Tom LeMasonry
Senior Projects Engineer
Tom is one of our Senior Projects Engineers and joined Feed4ward in 2017. Tom is responsible for Project Management, Electrical Controls Design, Documentation and Validation, System Software Design and our Quality Management System.
Tom joined Feed4ward having experienced the Automotive, Medical, Yellow Goods and Manufacturing industries as a Controls Design Engineer.

James Gray
Sales & Marketing Manager
James is the Sales & Marketing manager, having joined the Feed4ward team in 2024. He is currently responsible for creating and implementing sales & marketing strategies and managing key customer accounts.
James joined Feed4ward from the medical technology sector where he held various sales roles before becoming the commercial lead for laboratory equipment.

Charlotte Churchill
Operations Manager
Charlotte is our Operations Manager having joined Feed4ward in 2016.
Charlottes role brings with it a wealth of responsibilities including HR, Finance, Project Documentation Control and overseeing the Procurement & Production of goods.

Krzysztof Gertig
Projects Engineer
Krzysztof joined Feed4ward in 2019 as a Project Engineer. Krzysztof is responsible for Designing Electrical Circuits, Electrical Drawings, Testing and Customer Support.
Krzysztof joined Feed4ward with a wealth of automation engineering experience in the Gas Mining, Electrical and Manufacturing sectors, specifically related to control panels and ATEX zones.

Camila Schmith
Projects Engineer
Camila joined the Feed4ward engineering team in 2026 as a Project Engineer working alongside Tom and Krzysztof.
Camila is responsible for designing, developing and implementing PLC and HMI software as well as documentation and systems testing. Camila joins us having experience in the steel, mining and railway industries.
